Cristinel Tilvar is an experienced BJJ fighter and loves to share his knowledge when training students. Cris is also the owner of Mill Hill BJJ academy.

Silviu Nastasa has a wrestling background and is a BJJ black belt & Judo black belt. Silviu is an Active competitor and is also a Kettlebells instructor as well as a Strength & Conditioning trainer.

Barbosa started this millenary art martial in 1995 and was award his black belt in 2006. Barbosa is a BJJ coach adept at teaching the art to people of all ages and skills levels, encouraging others to pursue a healthy lifestyle since 2006.

Rob has coached children's national level BJJ competition since it's onset in the UK. He has coached students to multiple national, european and world Championship medals, in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Wrestling.

Nicholas is a BJJ Black Belt who has been training at Gracie Humaita in Sydney for 11 years and he received his black belt in 2022. For the last 9 years, he has trained and has been a valuable instructor at the gym. He has a passion for sharing his knowledge and he will be a great asset at Mill Hill BJJ.
